Woman banned from buying TOO MANY clothes

Abercombie and Fitch
Retail ban: Kim Navarra was blocked from ordering clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch because she had purchased so many, it believed she was reselling them

Most retailers would be thrilled to have a customer as loyal as Kim Navarra.
The 33-year-old, from Belmont, California, wears Abercrombie & Fitch almost exclusively, and her closets are full with its preppy casualwear.
But when placing an order earlier this month on the brand's website, Mrs Navarra was stunned when it was abruptly cancelled.
She then received an email from the company's head office informing her that it would no longer be accepting any future orders from her.
It explained that it believed she was buying clothing to re-sell, and that its actions were to protect its 'intellectual property rights'.

Mrs Navarra, who spends $1,000 a year at Abercrombie & Fitch, said she had been trying to spend a $200 gift card when the block was activated.
She told ABC News: 'When I put my number in, it said my whole order was cancelled.'
