Following his jet ski accident in Miami over Memorial Day weekend and being sent to a trauma ward, the pop singer is now breathing on his own and walked for the first time Monday morning. His rep revealed, “Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded from critical yet stable to serious.”
