A shipment of elephant tusks were intercepted at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport in Nairobi May 6, 2011. The smuggled consignment of 115 pieces of raw ivory weighing about 1.4 tonnes were intercepted by Kenyan authorities on May 5, as they were en route to Lagos, Nigeria.
